The only thing easier than this is to open the bag and pour it in your mouth!
Ingredients can vary and can be as simple as Veronica's Health Crunch and Yogurt.
It's your choice if you want to use flavored yogurt, fruit on the bottom, greek, plain, whatever.
You can always add sliced fruit to add a little flavor also. Try blueberries, strawberries, peaches, bananas, or whatever may be in season in your area.
