Veronica's Health Crunch on your salad

A salad is one of those foods that can be customized to whomever is fixing it.  You can add  just about anything to a salad such as meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, NUTS!

...and that's before you get to selecting your dressing to top it all off!

Here are a few photos of salads I've made and others that fans of Veronica's Health Crunch have sent in.
