whipped cream cheese
Your favorite local jelly, compote, or jezibel sauce
a couple handfuls of Veronica's Health Crunch
chop half of the Health Crunch and mix into the cheeseball, and mold into a ball by hand.
top the cheeseball with the remaining Health Crunch, and pour the jelly over the top.
Use the mixture to top wheat thins or your favorite crackers.
