From one homemade training snack to more than 15 years of crunch.

IT STARTED WITH A TRIATHLON.

While training for the 2010 Great Floridian Ironman Triathlon, Veronica was looking for something simple: a wholesome snack made with ingredients she felt good about — that actually tasted good.

So she made her own.

THEN THINGS GOT A LITTLE NUTS.

What started as a snack for training quickly became something worth sharing. Veronica combined nuts, seeds, fruit and honey into a crunchy, naturally sweet blend that was just as good by the handful as it was sprinkled over breakfast.

Friends loved it. Family loved it. And Veronica's Health Crunch was born.

STILL CRUNCHING ON THE EMERALD COAST.

More than 15 years later, Veronica’s Health Crunch is still made in small batches right here on Florida’s Emerald Coast.

Today, we’re a family-owned small business proud to carry on what Veronica started — simple ingredients, seriously craveable flavor, and plenty of crunch.
